At The WaxxSmiths, every candle and wax melt is hand-poured in small batches to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.

As our products are handpoured, please allow 5–7 working days for your order to be processed. Normally delivery will via a 48hr recordered delivery service. 

Delivery Times

• Order Processing: 5–7 working days
• Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

During Busy Periods

Please note that during product launches, seasonal collections, markets, promotions and peak gifting periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
