Returns & Refunds Policy

At The WaxxSmiths, we take great pride in handcrafting every candle and wax melt. Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns and offer refunds where an item is found to be faulty or damaged. Customer are liable for any return postage fees.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

To help us assess the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault
  • Photographs showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund, where appropriate

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Products that have been used or burned
  • Items damaged through misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow candle care instructions
  • Personalised or custom-made products unless faulty

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to a fault or damage, we will advise on the return process and any applicable return shipping arrangements.
